Who we are?
We are Mélanie and Fabian, a young couple with a passion for gastronomy and ready to take on new challenges. Mélanie was born in Valais, Fabian is from Austria and Fribourg and was born in Lucerne.
Our experiences
Mélanie has worked in service in several restaurants, Michelin starred, Brasserie and Bar. She is now in charge of administration, marketing and customer service.
Fabian did his apprenticeship in the kitchen in Aarau, then worked in various restaurants in Switzerland before moving to Vienna to join the team of the International Catering Company Do&Co
Since 2021
The creation of the company
As a result of their experiences and the concept of the 11-97 Bus they worked on together, Melanie and Fabian decided to combine their skills to create the company Kozelsky Catering.
Melanie is now in charge of administration, marketing and customer service.
Fabian is in charge of the kitchen, creating the dishes and, above all, making sure you have enough to eat!
